The second section is the process domain, where the students understand the project process, such as the business value of projects, the business case, the project planning, scope, schedule, cost, risk, communication, quality, procurement, and integration. In the third section, the students will be familiar with the business environment where the project grows, such as the benefit and value of delivering projects, and evaluate the external business factors' impacts on projects. Finally, there a room for the students to assess their learning via weekly online quizzes and mock tests at the end of the course.

Program Structure
  • The course will provide professionals within the public health sectors with the best leadership skills to implement effectively in their organisations.
  • There will be an activity or set of activities for each session which will be designed to help you engage with the introduction to the theories explored within the course.
  • Your facilitator will be on hand to guide you through the programme and will expect you to bring personal experience and reflection on the topics covered.
