In the period 6-8 November 2006, University of Naples, Naples, Italy, jointly co-organised and hosted WASD’s 4th Sustainability International Conference entitled “Global and Local Resources in Achieving Sustainable Development“. The conference looked at how policies in politics, business and economy, technology, infrastructure, and environment can be more better geared towards sustainable development goals through the more efficient use of local and global resources.
