Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in Arab Countries

This conference will focus on the recent developments and next steps for the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science (DS) in the Arab countries and the role of AI and DS to achieve the United Nations' 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the Arab countries. This conference will therefore provides a great opportunity for key stakeholders and policymakers to focus on the next steps for the implementation of AI and DS in the Arab countries.
The conference also aims to discuss the development, adoption and implementation of AI and DS technologies in Arab countries. Furthermore, the conference will examine the priorities for businesses and innovators, including what support will be needed for tech companies, SMEs and spin-outs to implement AI and DS in Arab countries.
This conference will critically address the question of how Arab countries can provoke forward thinking on developing new methods and approaches to suit the challenges and opportunities of implementing AI and DS in Arab countries.
We invite all academics and professionals from Higher Education Institutions (HEI) (universities, colleges and research institutions) and private sector to join us in this global conference to explore innovative strategies, collaborative initiatives, and transformative approaches that empower educational leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to accelerate progress towards the implementation of AI and DS for a sustainable future and the UN Agenda 2023 and its 17 SDGs.
During the conference, selection of WASD Top Experts will present their recent reach on SD and answer questions about their future research and studies in the subject. Keynote speakers include:

Similar to all previous Annual Conferences organised by WASD, this conference will bring together academics, universities, research institutions and private sector from across the world to collaborate and reconnect with the discourse of SD. Participants will also learn about WASD Sustainable Development Goals Universities Initiative (SDGsUNi) interactive and smart digital platforms.
