20-22 November 2023 (Face-to-Face and Online)
London - United Kingdom
Certificate of completion from Queen Mary University of London
This three-day course has been designed to introduce a variety of perspectives on leadership, artificial intelligence (AI) and knowledge management (KM) for the Police Officers.
The course aims to enable police leaders and decision makers to introduce fit-for-purpose AI and KM applications and approaches to their organisations in the post Covid 19 era. This integrative course aims to develop a deeper understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects to leadership, AI and KM, and to develop the essential skills and competencies necessary to plan, monitor and control different tasks and events.
This course has been designed to learn how AI is about designing and building computer-based artifacts to make various human tasks easier. Participants will realise how much AI has the potential to make our lives better in almost all fields. It gives us the tools necessary to learn from and capitalise on human experience and perform complex tasks such as recommending solutions based on processing large amounts of data.
This course will also complement the different management skills already developed through earlier management courses. Moreover, the course addresses the practical challenges that police officers face as they seek to build, upgrade and exploit knowledge assets within their organisations. Participants will also learn about the changing police cultures, police ethics and professionalism.
