Dr. Hensler is Dean Emeritus of the Cofrin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and presently serves as President, Alfred Douglas Associates, a leadership consultancy. Dr. Hensler’s academic preparation includes a BSE in Aerospace and Mechanical Sciences from Princeton University, an MBA from the University of Portland, and a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Washington. He is a licensed professional engineer in Quality Engineering in the State of California. His academic appointments have included:

Beverlee B. Anderson received her Ph.D.  The Ohio State University.  She currently serves as Professor Emerita at California State University San Marcos.  She has held a variety of teaching and administrative positions at the University of Kansas, University of Cincinnati, Wright State University and University of Wisconsin – Parkside. Her research focuses on cross-cultural and international topics and has been published in numerous academic journals and an invited speaker in professional venues. She is past president of the Marketing Educators Association and served as a member of the Board of Directors for San Diego Financial Executives International, the Marketing Management Association, and the Academy of Marketing Science among others.
Ronald McQuaid is Professor of Work and Employment at the University of Stirling.  He has a Bachelors degree from Lancaster University, an MSc(Econ) from London School of Economics and a doctorate from Harvard University. He was formerly the Director of the Employment Research Institute. His research interests include employment and employability, the effects of ageing populations on labour markets, entrepreneurship, partnership-working and economic development. He has written over 100 academic papers on these issues. He has carried out research and policy studies for many regional, national and supra-national bodies such as the European Commission, UK, Scottish and Northern Ireland governments, UK Commission for Employment and Skills, the British Council, Asia Development Bank, Joseph Rowntree Foundation and various other agencies and employers. Professor McQuaid is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences, Fellow of the Higher Education and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce.
Kimberly DeSimone is an experienced Fortune 500 marketer and student centered professor. DeSimone received her Doctorate in Leadership and Policy from Niagara University and her Master’s in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University. Dissertation title: A phenomenological study of women’s perceptions in navigating the Fortune 500 executive leadership pipeline. Prior to teaching DeSimone was a senior marketing manager at Fisher-Price (Fortune 500 Company), where she developed long-term and short-term business strategies and marketing plans for multiple multi-million dollar global businesses. DeSimone successfully led and managed diverse teams and projects traveling to Europe and Asia during her tenure. DeSimone is a passionate advocate for advancing women and women’s workforce success. DeSimone is president of New York State Women Inc. (Buffalo/Niagara Chapter) whose mission is to build powerful women personally, professionally, and politically and to make a difference in the lives of working women. DeSimone is also involved in numerous women’s advancement organizations including The American Association of University Women (AAUW), The National Association of Female Executives (NAFE), The National Latina Business Women’s Association (NLBWA), The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), and Buffalo/Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives (BNSME). DeSimone has published scholarly papers in numerous academic journals and presents frequently at professional and academic conferences.
Professor of Finance, Finance Track Coordinator and a former Fellow at the William J. Hughes Center for Public Policy at Stockton University. Previous he held positions at Pennsylvania State University, Rutgers University and The University of Delaware. He teaches undergraduate courses in Finance and Game Theory and MBA courses in Managerial Economics, Applied Financial Analysis and New Ventures. Busler is currently an economic analyst for The Conservative Institute and a columnist for Communities Digital News. In addition, he has worked as a Financial Analyst for FMC Corp. and Ford Motor Company and has been a successful entrepreneur having owned several businesses mostly in the Real Estate development field. He earned his doctorate at Drexel University. Busler is also a public policy analyst. Doaa Mohamed Salman is Professor of Economics and currently Head of the Economics Department and Vice dean for community service and environmental affairs at October University or Modern Sciences and Arts University, Egypt. She holds a PhD in International Economics from Ain Shams University and BSc and MSc degrees from the same university. She is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and member of the Political and Economic Association of Egypt and the Middle East Economic Association. She has participated in the Education Development Program for Egyptian Universities and has previously taught at the Ain Shams University and Cairo university and many other private university such German and the British University in Egypt. Her research interests are in the areas of environmental development, institutions, health, inclusive growth and the labour market. Her research has appeared in journals such as Economics and Policy; International Journal of Finance & Banking Studies; International Journal of Green Economics; International Journal of Development and Conflict; and Journal of Economics.
Rocky J. Dwyer is a Contributing Faculty Professor at Walden University College Management and Technology. Dr. Dwyer is an award-winning writer, editor and educator, who has consulted and undertaken research for private, not-for profit and public sector organizations to examine and validate corporate social responsibility, poverty-reduction initiatives, strategic organizational capacity, and performance management. His research has been presented and published for conferences and symposiums in Canada, the USA, South America, Germany, the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China.
Prof. Andrea Santiago has had over 20 years experience as a professor, researcher, and administrator in Philippine educational institutions. She is currently a visiting researcher at the University of St. La Salle.  She was former Associate Dean and Professorial Chairholder at the Asian Institute of Management.  She was also former Dean and Professor at the Ramon V. Del Rosario College of Business, De La Salle University. She is a member of the Institute for Corporate Directors. Her research and teaching experience has been family business management, human resources management, leadership, strategic thinking, corporate governance, and sustainable management. She was a recipient of the Outstanding Researcher award granted by the National Research Council of the Philippines, among others.
Prof. Ahmad (PhD MSc CAA AFA MIPA Chartered Accountant and Auditor) is a Professor in accounting at University of Gharyan, Gharyan, Libya. He is a member of numerous local and international professional committees such as Libya Accounting and Auditing Association (LAAA); Libyan Islamic Financial Association (LIFA); World Association for Sustainable Development (WASD), Middle Eastern Knowledge Economy Institute (MEKEI); Applied Research International Conferences (ARICON); The Society of Interdisciplinary Business Research (SIBR); and Quality Assurance and Accreditation at the Arabic Universities Union. He has an excellent professional experience. He hold high level positions such as: Deputy Director of National Investment Company, Chairman of Al-Ahlia Cement Company, Chairman of Supreme Sharia Supervisory Committee of Takaful Insurance Companies, Vice-Chairman of Sharia Supervisory Committee of Al-Ajmma Al-Araibe Bank , Chairman of Insurance Supervision Authority, Chairman of Board of Development Bank, Chairman of Board of Rural bank, Head of the Supervisory Authority at the Real Estate Savings and Investment Bank, General Manger of Agricultural Bank and Minister of Finance. He has provided many financial consultations and auditing to several Libyan institutions, including the Ministry of Economy, the Economic and Social Development Fund, the Al-Jafara Company for Food Industries, the Islamic Call Association, the Electrical Business Company, the Libyan Telecommunications, Post and Information Technology Holding Company, the Daman Investments Company, the Social Solidarity Fund, Al-Jeel Al-Jadeed Technology Company, and the Libya Africa Investment Portfolio.
Professor Fortune (CBE BDS MBBS MRCP FRCP FDS RCSeng FGDP PhD Dip Ed teachers Med/Dent) is Professor of Medicine in relation to Oral Health and Head of the Centre for Clinical and Diagnostic Oral Sciences (CDOS). She graduated in both Dentistry and Medicine from University College, University of London. In 1992 she obtained her PhD in University of London. She has been recognised as the top five most influential Muslim women in the Guardian’s society segment. Her list of achievements are many from President of the British Society of Oral Medicine in 2007 and President of Odontology section of the Royal Society of Medicine in 2011. She was also elected a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 2007. One of her main focuses is to widen access for underrepresented groups in education and health nationally and internationally. In 2004, she was awarded a CBE for services to dentistry. In 2012, she was awarded prestigious Colyer Gold Medal for significant contribution to the profession through their research, teaching and clinical work.
Prior to moving to Nigeria, Sonny Nwankwo was a Professor of Marketing and Director for Research and Enterprise within East London Business School, University of East London, UK. Chartered Marketer and developed his research specialism in consumer studies, more specifically, consumerism and strategic customer management under conditions of market failure. His current research, however, is driven by a desire to extend the normative boundaries of Marketing while simultaneously seeking new ways of bringing theory and practice into practicable conjunction. In this regard, he reaches out beyond the intellectual confines of Marketing to the broader management realism of our contemporary world. Of special interests are strategic challenges relating to multiculturalism, entrepreneurship (with emphasis on ethnic minority contexts), nations and organizations in transitions (African contexts in particular). He is widely published and a recipient of the ANBAR Citation of Excellence for Highest Quality Rating for published work. Professor Nwankwo serves on the Editorial Review Board of 8 journals in Marketing and International Business. His professional affiliations include: Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Fellow of the Academy of Marketing Science, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, External Assessor and Visiting Professor at universities in Africa, Australia, UK and USA and President of the International Academy of African Business and Development. Prior to entering academia, he was a manager in the telecommunications industry.
Allam spent 15 years (2004-2019) at the University of Sussex Business School, UK, where he established and led Sussex’s most successful postgraduate programme MSc International Management. Allam is the Founding President of the World Association for Sustainable Development (WASD) and Founding Director of the Middle Eastern Knowledge Economy Institute (MEKEI), UK. Allam is a Fellow and Chartered Marketer of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK. He obtained his PhD in Economics from Edinburgh-Napier University, UK in less than 2 years and MSc/MBA from the Royal Agricultural University, UK and awarded the RAU Scholarship and Prestigious Book Prize for Best MSc/MBA Dissertation. He is also the recipient of several international Awards and Medals for contribution to International scientific Research and listed in the WHO’S WHO IN THE WORLD 2009-2020 and 2021 WHO’S WHO IN the WORLD LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD, WHO’S WHO IN FINANCE and BUSINESS 2009/2010 and WHO’S WHO IN AMERICA 2012, 2014 published by Marquis Who’s Who, USA.  Allam professional experience includes transforming a failing business in Brighton (Hotel) into a very successful business top rank hotel across the UK, he also worked in the past with Marketing Data Basics, British Marketing Research Bureau International, New Generation Systems, Yuksel Insaat Saudia Company and Middle East Office for Translation and Interpretation.
