Dr. Zaibunnisa A. Haiyee
Dr. Zaibunnisa had obtained her B.Sc from University of Nottingham, UK and MSc in Food Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia. She earned her PhD in Food Science (Flavour Chemistry) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She has received several awards (2nd Runner-up ASEAN Best Graduate Research and Excellent Service Award 2010) and had presented several papers on volatile oil extraction and stabilization technology on several conferences. She has supervised students for Master and Doctorate degrees at UiTM.Dr. Zaibunnisa is also the author and co-author of a number of journal articles.
