Ademokun, a trainer and member of the International Council of Small Business (ICSB), holds a postgraduate degree in Public Administration with demonstrable experience, and expertise in capacity development, project management and monitoring and evaluation, as well as gender and development. She has robustly contributed to the design and implementation of Multi-Stakeholders’ Processes, Impact Analysis, Community Relations and Capacity Development as well as livelihoods assets tracking tools in a variety of projects. In 2011, Ademokun managed the impact assessment of the Eko Loan Scheme sponsored by the Lagos State Microfinance Institution (LASMI), and coordinated the loan administration process for manufacturing delegates of the CBN-Entrepreneurship Development Centre, Lagos, who benefitted from the National Economic Reconstruction Funds (NERFUNDS). She has attended various courses on Monitoring and Evaluation, Multi-stakeholders’ Processes, Project Management, Gender and Sustainable Development, Modern International Facilitation Techniques, and Environmental Management and Assessment. She contributed to the successful execution of projects in the private and public sectors. Some of the projects are in the areas of Socio-baseline studies, Poverty Reduction, People and Property Inventory, Resettlement Action Planning, Impact Assessments / Evaluation and Surveys.
As a practitioner, she has contributed series of academic papers to a variety of local and international conferences / journal on women and entrepreneurship in Nigeria
