Dr. Khushboo Gupta is a Doctorate in Food Science and Nutrition from Banasthali University. Assistant Professor in Department of BioSciences (Food and Nutrition) at Mody University, Lakshmangarh. Consultant Dietitian for therapeutic nutrition specially diabetes and lifestyle related problems. She has developed expertise in the use of response surface methodology in process optimization of food products. Her interest areas are pediatric nutrition, geriatric nutrition, community and therapeutic nutrition. She has organized various Public Awarenes programmes and has extensively participated in Scientific Knowledge Dissemination Programmes, workshops and conferences. She has published more than 20 research papers in National and International Journals. She has published a book containing numerous food recipes for geriatric population.
