Bamgbose Adefunke holds a Master and Bachelor degree in Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. She has successfully authored and coauthored over ten Scientific Journals. Attended and presented quality papers at relevant conferences. She has a Teaching/ lecturing experience of over 20 years. She is a professional member of Academic Associations. She has held and still holding reputable post such as the head of department and member of School disciplinary committee in the Polytechnic where she lectures. Her area of specialisation is a chemical and Biochemical analysis of food products.
