Dr. Joek Hendrasari Arisasmita is a senior lecturer in Department of Food Technology, Widya Mandala Surabaya Catholic University. She is the Head of food analysis laboratory. She is a member of Indonesian Association of Food Technologists. She has teaching experiences on food technology and analysis, as well as research, training and publication in the area of soy-based food and beverage with the international network.
