Prof. Ibrahim Hassan received his PhD from Imperial College, London University in 1994 in the field of air pollution effect on plants. He is a Professor of plant physiology and environmental botany at Alexandria University, Egypt. Currently, he is on a sabbatical leave to KSA. He is the principal investigator of a project entitled Ozone Effects on Egyptian Crops in Egypt funded by the Department of International Development (DFID) and the British Council (BC) in collaboration with Imperial College, London.
